Hurlbut Contracting is seeking a remote office assistant to provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in administrative or office support roles. As a remote office assistant, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries, filing receipts, typing up quotes, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from clients and potential clients via email or phone
• File receipts and keep organized records of expenses and purchases
• Type up quotes and proposals for clients
• Maintain accurate records of client information and project details
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
• Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office support role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• High-speed internet and a reliable computer to work remotely
